Brent Anderson graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Architecture and The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a licensed architect in the state of Texas and has designed and overseen construction on many different types of architectural projects throughout his career including retail buildings, commercial office buildings, schools, kitchens, gymnasiums, performing arts facilities, libraries, science laboratories, health care facilities, park renovations, single family homes, multi-family residences, funeral homes, industrial parks, tenant finish-outs, & graphics packages to name a few. He is LEED certified by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Currently he is an active member of the San Antonio American Institute of Architects (AIA), San Antonio Real Estate Council and the International Code Council. Brent has served on the Board of Directors for the AIA-San Antonio Chapter as acting chairman for the professional development committee. He has served on the local AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) and has been an active member of the Alamo Heights Rotary Club. He has served on the vestry of St. David's Episcopal Church and acted as chairman of the church search committee and has served on the church building committee as well. While at Texas A&M he served as president of the student AIA chapter and was awarded the Alpha Rho Chi Medal for recognized leadership service and merit. As a graduate teaching assistant at A&M he taught drawing classes at the undergraduate level. He also received the William C Pahlmann Scholarship for interior design.

Brent is happily married and has two fine young boys. He enjoys spending quality time with his family. Brent is an active member of the United States Masters Swimming Program (USMS) and works out with a local club on a regular basis. He is also an active member of his church music ministry.
